We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all members. In line with ARC safeguarding guidance, we ask everyone to take care when sharing images of children and young people on social media.
While Hucknall Harriers is a friendly and supportive community, we cannot always control who may view or access content shared online. Please ensure that appropriate parent or guardian consent has been obtained before sharing photographs where a child or young person is identifiable.
We also ask that members do not share full names, parkrun barcodes, addresses, school details, or other personal information that could identify a child or reveal information about their whereabouts.
Sharing personal information online, however well-intentioned, can unintentionally create privacy and safeguarding risks, particularly when combined with photographs, locations, or participation details.
Thank you for helping us to protect the privacy and wellbeing of our younger members and for supporting the club's safeguarding responsibilities.
If you have a concern about safety, behaviour, or safeguarding, please contact the group lead directly and in confidence.
This Code of Conduct applies to all runs, events, online interactions, and social activities.
By joining Hucknall Harriers, you agree to help maintain a friendly, inclusive, and respectful community.
